Personalized Animations

'NO-SHOW's' are a huge problem for us. We address it by ENGAGING the prospects BEFORE and AFTER the appointment.
BEFORE THE APPT:
It's vital to send the prospect a PERSONALIZED ANIMATION to:
- get the prospect educated, engaged and excited about devvy
- introduce YOU to the prospect (they see your face, name, etc.)
If they see the benefits and see your photo/name, they're more likely to show up. For example:

AFTER THEY 'NO-SHOW':
Once they 'NO SHOW', we want to ENGAGE THEM IMMEDIATELY! We want them to know what they missed! Ultimately, we want to GET THEM BACK ON YOUR CALENDAR!
So, we send them an animation summarizing:
- that we NOTICED they didn't show up
- a brief summation of our USP
- an invitation to book another appointment.
